In keeping with the Bhutan’s policy of “High Value, Low Impact” ,our Minimum Daily Package includes the following:

  • A minimum of 3-star accommodation as approved by Department of Tourism. (4 & 5 star may require an additional premium).
  • All meals.
  • Morning & Evening Tea.
  • Bottled water during the journey.
  • A licensed Bhutanese tour guide (English Speaking) for the extent of your stay.
  • All internal transport (excluding internal flights) with experience driver.
  • Camping equipment and haulage for trekking tours.
  • Entrance Fees & Permits.
  • All internal taxes and charges.
  • Visa Fee of US$40 per person.
  • A sustainable development fee of US$100/day/person. This fees goes towards free education, free healthcare, poverty alleviation, along with the building of infrastructure in Bhutan.

The following is not included in the daily tourist tariff:

  • Airfares .
  • Travel insurance (recommended but not available in Bhutan)
  • Single Room supplements US$ 40 per room per night  (optional)
  • Other personal expenses such as calls overseas, laundary, bars, beverages, tips, etc.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance prior to travel.

The daily tour packagesselected does not include any Travel Insurance. It is important that tourists have full comprehensive insurance that adequately cover against the unforeseen accidents or mishaps during the period of stay in Bhutan. Such policies are currently not available in Bhutan.

CANCELLATION

Tour Programs after booking which is subsequently cancelled shall be subjected to cancellation charges as follows:
